The service

The Cited Club provides AI-search visibility services: free and paid audits, a monthly Growth Retainer, and access to a citation monitoring dashboard. Paid engagements are governed by the statement of work or order you sign; these terms cover use of the website and free services.

Fair use

Don't misuse the site or dashboard: no unauthorized access, scraping at abusive volume, reselling of audit output as your own deliverable, or submitting data you don't have the right to share.

No guarantees on third-party AI systems

We measure and engineer for citation in systems we don't control (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews). Results described on this site reflect research and observed outcomes, not a promise of specific placement — anyone guaranteeing a specific AI answer is selling you something else.

Liability

The site and free services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the free site and services is limited to $100; liability under paid engagements is defined in the applicable agreement.
