What we collect

When you request an AI Visibility Audit or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, company, work email, website, and competitor domains. Our dashboard product additionally stores the workspace configuration and citation results generated for your account.

How we use it

To produce and deliver the audit or service you asked for, to respond to your messages, and to operate the dashboard. Audit requests include the report and essential service messages about that request. If you separately choose to receive practical AI visibility guidance, we may also send those emails until you unsubscribe. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing sequence without that choice.

Cookies & analytics

The marketing site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page views and Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions such as clicks and scroll depth. Clarity is configured with analytics and advertising storage denied, so it runs without Clarity cookies. Form fields and audit inputs are masked. Microsoft may process technical request data, including IP-derived location, to operate the service. We may record campaign labels included in a link and named actions such as starting an audit or clicking a booking link. We do not send form values, audit domains, names, email addresses, prompts, competitors, or report identifiers as analytics events. Signing in to the dashboard uses authentication cookies from Clerk strictly to keep you logged in.

Third parties we rely on

We host on Vercel, store audit and dashboard data in Neon (Postgres), deliver email through Resend, and authenticate dashboard users with Clerk. AI providers process the public company context and prompts needed to generate the requested report. Each provider processes data only as needed to run the service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from guidance emails using the link in any such email. To correct or delete your data, email hello@thecitedclub.com and it's handled within 30 days.
